Same-day delivery in Lagos, picked up now

KoboRide is on-demand. There is no next-day slot or batch run: when you book, a rider is matched to your order, goes to the pickup, and rides straight to the drop-off.

Delivered today, not tomorrow

Most delivery companies collect parcels, sort them at a hub, and deliver the next day or later. KoboRide skips the hub. One rider carries your item from the pickup to the drop-off, so a trip booked in the afternoon is delivered that afternoon.

Because each order goes direct, it also suits things that cannot wait or sit in a warehouse, like food, signed documents, or something a customer is waiting for.

When same-day delivery helps

  • A customer has paid and wants their order today
  • A document has to be signed and returned before close of business
  • You left your keys, charger, or ID at home or at work
  • Lunch or groceries need to reach someone who cannot step out
  • A gift needs to arrive on the day

You can see where it is

After a rider accepts, the order screen shows the rider on the map. Before pickup it counts down to the rider reaching the pickup; after pickup it counts down to the drop-off. Share the delivery PIN with whoever is receiving, and the rider uses it to complete the delivery.

Questions

Is same-day delivery more expensive?
No. Every KoboRide trip is delivered on the day, and the price depends only on the distance between pickup and drop-off. You see it before you book.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Orders are dispatched as soon as you book. If you need it later, book when you are ready for the rider to pick up.
How much does a delivery cost?
The fare is ₦400 plus ₦250 per km between pickup and drop-off, with a minimum of ₦800. The app shows the exact fare before you book.
How do I pay?
Pay the rider in cash at pickup or drop-off, or pay online by card or bank transfer when you book.
How far can a rider go?
Each trip can be up to 10 km, because riders use bicycles. If a drop-off is too far, the app tells you before you book.
