Questions
- Does the rider buy the food for me?
- Riders collect and deliver. Pay the restaurant or seller first, then book KoboRide to pick up from them and deliver to you.
- Will hot food stay hot?
- Each order goes straight from pickup to drop-off, so food is not left waiting between stops. Short trips work best for hot meals.
- How much does a delivery cost?
- The fare is ₦400 plus ₦250 per km between pickup and drop-off, with a minimum of ₦800. The app shows the exact fare before you book.
- How do I pay?
- Pay the rider in cash at pickup or drop-off, or pay online by card or bank transfer when you book.
- How far can a rider go?
- Each trip can be up to 10 km, because riders use bicycles. If a drop-off is too far, the app tells you before you book.
